Understanding 4SKILLS
4SKILLS is developed to provide a fair, accurate and reliable assessment of English language proficiency for non-native speakers. The test development process ensures test consistency and fairness to all test performers regardless of their relevant situtation. Each 4SKILLS test contains a unique combination of question test. Every test is carefully designed to ensure a consistent level of difficulty standard. This involves pre-testing of each question to determine its appropriateness and fairness. Statistical analysis is made to ensure every question performs as designed.
